Cheesecake with bananas on American

Cooking time — 1 hour 40 minutes

By 10 servings Ingredients:

Philadelphia cheese — 850 g
Raisins — 3 tbsp. l.
Whisky — 2 tbsp. l.
Biscuit base for the cake — 1 pc.
Sugar — 250 g
Corn starch (maize) — 4 tbsp. l.
Vanilla essence — 1.5 hours. L.
Lemons — 2 pieces
Egg chicken — 3 pieces.
Cream 30% -s — 350 ml
Bananas — 10 pcs.
Butter — 25 g
Maple syrup — to taste
Peppermint — to taste


1. Put the raisins in a small bowl and soak in whiskey or bourbon for 15-20 minutes. Oil the split mold with a diameter of 25 cm. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Put the biscuit disk on the bottom of the form. Drain the raisins and sprinkle with remaining biscuit alcohol. Mix 200 grams of sugar and starch.
3. Clear the 10 small bananas. Melt the butter in a frying pan and 2 tablespoons sugar, bananas fry until they are covered with caramel crust. Cool and cut into rings.
4. In another bowl put the cheese, add vanilla, lemon zest, juice, raisins, eggs and cream. Stir, add the dry ingredients and half bananas, mix and pour the mixture into the mold.
5. Pour the warm water of 2-3 mm on a baking sheet and put in the form of a (water will create steam during baking). Bake 50 minutes — 1 hour until golden brown. The filling should remain in the middle watery. Remove from the oven and allow to cool without removing from the mold.
6. Take the cheesecake from the mold, cut into slices and garnish with the remaining bananas, drizzle with maple syrup or honey and serve. You can decorate with mint leaves.
