Cheesecake with apricots and strawberries.

INGREDIENTS
9% cottage cheese «Buttermilk» 450 g
3 egg pieces.
80g sugar
vanilla sugar 10g
salt
rice flour 90 g
disintegrant for 1 hour. L.

HOW TO COOK
Beat the cheese with sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add flour with baking powder. The dough sparsely.
Molds recommend duplicate paper capsules or take silicone molds, otherwise there will be problems with the recovery. If the oven without paper, then brush with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or bran (in my case). Arrange dough on formochkam (12 pcs.), Top with a large strawberry or apricot halves, lightly pressed into the dough.
Bake at 175 * 4o minutes.
Optionally, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar curd.
