Wheat flour – 2 tbsp;
sugar sand – 1 item;
butter – 200 g;
curd – 0.5 kg;
Eggs – 3 pcs;
Soda – a pinch;
vanilla sugar – 0.5 tsp

1. To begin, we need butter to cool so that it is easy to grate it on a coarse grater.
2. And so we do. Pour oil in flour with baking soda and sugar (half dose) and mash well with a fork.
3. We will as a result of such an oil-flour chips. In a separate bowl, mix together: cottage cheese (cottage cheese is better to take the high-fat food will taste better in the end), and the sugar with the eggs (I’m a little whip whisk).
4. Take the form, grease it with oil and pour a layer of even half of our oil-flour crumbs.
5. Put the cheese on top, flatten and fall asleep half the remaining crumbs. The oven is heated to 180-200 degrees and put our cheesecake bake 30 minutes (until golden).
6. If the cheese with lumps, it is better to rub through a sieve, so get softer.
