Cheesecake on the basis of ginger with lemon fondant

Sweet Lemon:
-Lemon peel — 1 tsp
-Lemon juice — ½ cup
-Sugar — ½ cup (1/3 at least)
-3 large eggs
-Butter — 60 g

Whisk all ingredients except the butter until smooth and put on medium heat for a couple of minutes, continuing to whisk. Add the butter into cubes and stir until fudge thickens. Strain and refrigerate, covered until you need it.

Ginger basis:
crumb of ginger cookies — 1 1/3 cups
-Melted butter — 5 tablespoons

Heat the oven to 175C. Mix cookie crumbs with butter and tamp firmly on the bottom of baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes and then cool completely.

-Cream Cheese — 680 g
-Sugar — 1 cup
-3 large eggs
-Sour cream — ¾ cup
-Vanilla — 1 tsp

Reduce heat the oven to 150C. in a mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar; hammer eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour half of the filling on the cooled base, fill half sweet and with a knife, and mix the sweet filling. Pour ostalnkuyu stuffing and sweet without mixing.
