Cheesecake «CHOCOLATE MADNESS»

Ingredients to form 23 cm:

For the brownies:

130 g of dark chocolate
130 g butter
165g icing sugar or caster sugar
2 eggs
70 g flour

For filling:

18 cookies «Oreo»
800 g of cream cheese
4 eggs
200 g caster sugar or powdered sugar
200 ml whipping cream (30%) or a similar fat cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
50 g of chocolate

Composition

To finish:

300 ml whipping cream
3 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
20 g of white chocolate

Cooking method:

Prepare brownie batter. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.

Butter room temperature, stir with sugar. One by one add the eggs, beating well after each.

Add the chocolate and stir again. Add the flour and knead the homogeneous smooth dough.

Prepare the filling. Cream cheese mixed with cream, vanilla essence and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, well after each vymeshivaya.
