Cheese soup on beer

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 chopped onion
salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bottle of beer
700 chicken broth
50 g flour
500 ml of 2% milk
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
150 g sharp cheese
For decoration:
fried bacon, green onions

Preparation:
Fry for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
Tide beer and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until onion is soft.
Pour the mixture into a blender, add the broth and pyurirovat until smooth.
Pour into the pan.
In ½ cup of the resulting mixture to dissolve the flour.
Return the mixture to the saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Mix the milk with pepper. Rushed to the soup.
Cook for about 10 minutes or until thickened.
Remove the pan from the heat. Gradually admixed cheese and stir until smooth.
