Cheese scones


Cheese, any solid 100 g
About 2 tablespoons flour
Sour cream or cream 250ml
Pinch of salt
Sugar 1 tsp
Butter 50 g
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Dill, parsley, basil to taste


1) Cheese grate, connect it with the softened butter, salt, sugar and sour cream (or cream).

2) Add the resulting mass crushed herbs coupled with baking powder and flour. Knead the dough is elastic. If necessary, add a little more flour.

3) Roll out the dough to a thickness of about a centimeter and a glass or mug, cut circles.

4) Put the product obtained in the pan lined with baking paper.

5) Place the rolls in a preheated 180 degree oven bake for 20-25 minutes until light golden brown.
