Cheese Chocolate Cake.


300 grams of wheat flour
300 grams of sugar
baking powder for the dough 2 tablespoons
2 bags of vanilla sugar

low-fat cottage cheese 750 grams
hazelnuts 1 tablespoon
cocoa powder 1 teaspoon
vanilla pudding 1 package
pudding 1 package

Cooking method:
Sift flour with baking powder in a bowl. Add 150 grams of sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 2 eggs, 200 g butter and knead the dough.

Split a diameter of 26 cm grease and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts. 3/4 Roll out the dough, put in a mold and make the rim.

The remaining dough is divided in half. In one half add the cocoa powder, then both dough wrapped in plastic wrap and put in the fridge.
The oven is heated to 180 ° C.

300 Sliven. melt the butter. Cottage cheese mixed with 3 eggs, 150 grams of sugar and a packet of vanilla sugar, add the butter. The weight split in half. One-half to enter the vanilla, the other – chocolate pudding.

Each filling put in a plastic bag, cut off one corner and squeeze alternately in the form of both filling in the form of circles.

Chilled dough roll into a sausage thickness of 1.5 cm, cut into small pieces and put in the stuffing.

Bake for 60 minutes.

Serve completely cooled down.
