Cheese cake in multivarka.

pita bread 1 pc.
chicken fillet 200g
chicken eggs 1 pc.
3 tablespoons sour cream
spices to taste
2 bunches of herbs
Adygei cheese 150g
Cheese 300 g
Grate both types of cheese on a grater, chicken pre-fry until half cooked and cut into small pieces. Add a raw egg, sour cream, a little spice. Chop the herbs finely and mix.

Pita bread cut almost in half, put on each other. The bottom piece should be a little more. On top lay half lavash center filling and spread it evenly. Close pita edges. Top with remaining filling and also to close the edges of lavash.

Pour oil in multivarku, install “Baking” by 25 minutes. Put the cake in multivarku seams down. Run the program, and in 12-13 minutes you can turn it upside down (you can do this spatula, but do not plug!).
Cheese cake is ready!
