Cheese biscuits with sage


Flour — 250 g
Butter — 100 g
Hard cheese — 150-200 grams
The yolk — 2 pcs.
Fresh Sage — 4 tsp..


1. Rub the flour and butter into small crumbs. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the oil-flour mixture. Enter the yolks.
2. Add the chopped sage and knead the dough. At first it will seem to crumble and dryish and uneven. Add a little water to make it pliable.
3. Preheat the oven. Roll the balls of dough and place on a baking sheet.
4. Bake until golden brown.
