Cheese biscuits with pepper

160 g flour
150 g parmesan cheese, grate
130 g butter
1 egg yolk

Mix the flour with parmesan. Add the cold butter, cutting into cubes and quickly rub the mixture with your fingertips. Stir in the egg yolk and the tide 2-3 tablespoons ice water.
