Cheese and vegetable fritters.

Ingredients:
-100g grated cheese.
-dried oregano 1 hour. L.
-whole-wheat flour 300g.
-grated carrot 50 gr.
-zucchini, finely chopped 50g.
-Freshly brewed or canned sweet corn 50g.
-Dried basil 1/2 hours. l.
-disintegrant for 1 hour. L.
-salt 1/2 hours. l.
-pepper 1/4 pcs.
-milk or buttermilk 250 ml.
-vegetable oil 125 ml.

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 380 f. Put 50 g separately grated cheese and 1 teaspoon of oregano.
Connect together all the ingredients, except the milk and oil in a separate container.
In another container combine the oil and milk.
Add the milk and butter mixture to the dry mixture and stir everything together until dry ingredients are moistened and are evenly mixed.
Spread the mixture with a spoon in a pre-greased baking dish, combine the left cheese and oregano and sprinkle this mixture of muffin and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
When the surface of a thin knife or fork, that pierced the center of pancakes, remain dry, the pancakes are ready.
