Charlotte with plums

INGREDIENTS:
500 g of dark plums dampness
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
125g natural yoghurt (sour cream)
Butter for the mold wash
1 tbsp brandy or rum (optional)
icing sugar for dusting (optional)
HOW TO COOK:
Cut into halves or quarters plums must be freed from the bones and sprinkle with alcohol (rum or brandy).
Eggs are a good beat with a mixer, gradually podsypaya sugar.
Add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder, stir to avoid lumps.
Yogurt or sour cream and beat with a mixer gently put into the dough.
Baking dish greased with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or flour, put the prunes and fill them with batter.
Bake in preheated 200 * oven for about 50 minutes.
Ready charlotte cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
