Charlotte apple cinnamon in Cornwall

Dough:
Butter — 110 g
Sugar — 75g
Egg — 2 pcs
Sour cream — 1st.l.
Flour — 125g
Baking powder — 6g

Filling:
Apples — 1pc (big)
Brown sugar — 1st.l.
Cinnamon Ground  — pinch
Powdered sugar  — 1st.l.

HOW TO COOK
Mix the butter (melted), sugar, sour cream and flour;
Add the baking powder to the dough — mix;
The proteins separated from the yolks, whites put into the refrigerator, to mix the yolks to the dough;
Proteins whip until firm peak and gently mix with the test;
Lubricate the form of butter, put it in the dough, smooth;
Apples are cleaned from the core and cut into thin slices;
Stack apples, sticking them into the dough in a staggered manner from the edge to the middle;
Brown sugar mixed with cinnamon, sprinkle with a mixture of cake;
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (check the readiness of a toothpick);
Ready cake cool, put on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
