Chakhokhbili Chicken


— Chicken — 1.5 kg.
— Onions — 4 pcs.
— Tomatoes — 800g.
— To taste Garlic
— Parsley — 30g.
— Sunflower oil — 3st.l.
— Vinegar — 100g.
— Water — 100g.
1. chicken carcass rinse and cut into small portions.
2. Onions chop, put in a pan, add oil and cook on low heat until toasted.
3. Then put the onion in chicken meat, salt, pepper, chopped, tomato slices, crushed garlic, vinegar (or lemon juice), a small amount of water (or broth).
4. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer until the bird is ready.
