
Ceviche of salmon and avocado
ingredients for ceviche salmon avocado:
-300g fillet of salmon
-1 avocado, diced
-1 red bell pepper
-1 mango
-1 onion, purple
-coriander leaves in taste
for the marinade:
-juice and zest of half a lemon lemon
-6 st.lozhek olive oil
-1/3 cup mirin
-1/3 cup rice vinegar

How to cook:
Cut fish, mango, onion, bell pepper cubes about the size of a centimeter,
mix with chopped cilantro. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, dressed fish with vegetables, fruits, herbs and leave for ten minutes.
In a separate bowl mix avocado half lemon juice, salt, pepper
and proceed to the design of dishes. On a plate put a special ring on the bottom of the dish laid with a layer of avocado. Top fish mixture, decorate with red caviar.
