Ceviche of salmon and tuna.

tuna   100 g
trout   140 g
cucumber   150 g
lime   0.5 pc.
cilantro   20 g
bow   5 g
water   50 g
salad   20 g
olive oil   30 g
salt  taste

1.Fish fillets cut into large cubes.

2.Add sliced cucumber.

3.Pour water and lemon juice. Add sauce Kimchi. Season with salt.

4.Sprinkle with finely chopped greens.

5.Stir and leave for 7 minutes.

6.Put on a plate and garnish with corn salad and pour olive oil.
