Cauliflower with yogurt, mint and pomegranate

Ingredients:

1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
packing yogurt
chopped mint
pomegranate seeds

Cooking method:

1. Preheat the oven
2.Peremeshivaem cauliflower with butter, caraway seeds, salt and pepper
3.Vykladyvaem cauliflower on a small baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-30min
4. Mix yogurt with a small pinch of salt
5. Spread on a plate of cauliflower, pour yogurt, decorate with mint and pomegranate grains
