Cauliflower with raisins on the Sicilian

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower into florets to disassemble
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
a handful of raisins
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 slices of stale wholemeal bread
6 anchovy fillets, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili flakes

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200 C.
Cauliflower pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and mix. Put the cabbage in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
Grind the bread in a food processor into coarse crumbs. Add the anchovies, chilli, garlic and a tablespoon of olive oil, mix.
After 20 minutes, a grain mix with cabbage mixture, baked for a further 10 min.
Soak the raisins in 60 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes, discard in a sieve to drain water.
In the finished cabbage add the raisins and parsley, stir and serve.
