Cauliflower – 1 head

For the batter:

Flour – 3/4 cup (cup = 250ml)
Beer – 1/2 cup
Egg – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil for frying


1. Make the batter: whisk, beat the flour, egg and beer. Salt and pepper. Batter gives a very crisp precisely because of the beer.
2. Parse cauliflower into florets. I like large pieces, but we can do less.
3. We throw the cabbage in boiling salted water, cook for 5-7 minutes.
4. recline cabbage in a colander, wait until cool down a bit and the water drain well. Heat the oil in the pan approximately 1 cm in depth. Dipping pieces of cabbage in the batter.
5. Fry until golden brown on all sides. Finished pieces passed on to a paper towel to stёk fat.
6. Everything! This cabbage can be served as a snack with your favorite sauce as a side dish or for breakfast.
