Casserole with chicken and vegetables

Chicken fillet – 500 g
Boiled rice – 1 cup
Canned corn -1 Bank
Bulgarian pepper – 400 g
Sour cream – 500 ml
Bulb – 2 pcs.
Hard cheese – 200 g
Carrots – 200 g
Salt and pepper
Sunflower oil

1. Finely chop the chicken, seeded bell pepper cut into cubes. On a coarse grater rub the carrot, finely crumble onions.
2. Fry chicken about a quarter of an hour until tender, lightly season with salt and pepper it. In another pan fry the carrots, add to it pepper and fry until soft. Then add the onion, fry it lightly and add some salt vegetable mixture.
3. At the bottom of a baking dish spread cooked rice, flatten it. Figure put vegetables, flatten and lubricates their half of sour cream. Following put a layer of chicken, then a layer of corn. 4. Put the remaining cream corn. We fall asleep a layer of grated cheese and send in a preheated oven at moderate temperature for half an hour. Let cool and cut into portions.
