Casserole of vegetables


Vegetable mix (frozen) — 500 g
Broccoli — 300 g
Chicken eggs (homemade) — 5 PCs.
Cow’s milk (homemade) — 150 ml
Parsley — 5-6 stalks
Dill — 5-6 stalks
Sea salt — to taste
Black pepper — to taste
Peppers frozen — 100 g


1. Broccoli florets pre-boil for 5 minutes, remove and immediately submerge in ice water. This is to ensure that the cabbage retains its bright green color.
