Casserole of grated pumpkin.

2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
250-300 g pumpkin pulp;
1 bulb onion;
1 bunch green onions;
50 g of bacon or ham;
1 carrot;
50 g of canned pea or corn;
50 g of cheese;
100 g flour;
2 chicken eggs;
1 bunch fresh greens;
salt, spices – to taste.

Cooking process:

Start preparing foods. Pumpkin pulp grate or chop into small cubes. Cheese also grate. All vegetables, wash and finely chop pieces. Optionally, you can add any vegetables in casserole: sweet pepper, garlic, potatoes, zucchini, eggplant, frozen vegetables, which are sold in packages. Ham cut into cubes or slices.
Pour the oil into the pan, and fry the vegetables and ham over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown. At the end of all the salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, combine the grated cheese and eggs. Gently insert the flour to avoid lumps formed, and stir well, add salt and any spices.
Grease a baking tin with oil and reload it fried vegetables with ham. Top evenly egg-cheese mixture. Bake the casserole in the oven at 180 gr.C for 20-25 minutes.
Ready pudding cut into square pieces a la carte, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
