Carrot Cake & cinnamon

Ingredients:
soft margarine for dough and glaze — 50 g and 25 g
bread crumbs — to form
egg — 4 pcs.
sugar — 175 g
cottage cheese dough and pureed for glaze — 125 g and 125 g
boiled carrots finely grated — 275 g
Wheat flour — 225 g
baking powder (baking powder) — 2 tsp.
Cinnamon ground for test and design — 1 tsp.
Clove powder — 1 tsp.
vanilla sugar — 1 tsp.
powdered sugar for glaze — 3 tsp.

Cooking method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Lubricate the form of margarine cake with a removable bottom and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

2. Whisk the eggs and sugar for the cake to form a stable foam. Add margarine, cottage cheese and grated carrot. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla sugar in a separate bowl. Connect with the carrot mixture. Put the dough in the form of cake. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes at the bottom of the oven. Refrigerate the cake.

3. Mix all the ingredients for the glaze and coat the surface of the cake. On top of the cake through a strainer, sprinkle with cinnamon.
