Caramel cheesecake with prunes.

Preparation:
Biscuit dough 1 egg beat well with two spoons of sugar + 1 package of vanilla sugar (8 g). Add 2 tablespoons of flour and baking powder pinch. Put the

dough into the mold.

For the cheese filling: Beat 2 eggs with 320 grams of boiled condensed milk. Separately, in a blender mix 520 grams of dry cottage cheese, 4

tablespoons of sour cream and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.

Connect cottage cheese with condensed milk and mix well. Dobavit150 grams of prunes (pour boiling water, rinse, dry, cut). Stir.

Share curd on biscuit dough.

Bake at 180 g for about an hour. Cool.
