Cannelloni stuffed with meat – a dish known and valued by gourmets around the world. This dish is typical of the region of Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia Romagna. There are several options for filling – minced meat, Rikota spinach. Offers classic stuffing recipe meat. This recipe has a rich taste, as It is using the exact same ham and sausages.


-minced beef 150 g
-1 onion
-6 tablespoons olive oil
-cheese 65 gr
-crumbs 1 tablespoon
-pepper to taste
-200g chicken mince
-ham 50g
-sausages 100g
-eggs 2 pcs
-cannelloni 18 pc
-pepper to taste
-Bechamel sauce 500 ml
-1 garlic zuyuchik
-4 basil leaf
-tomato paste 300 ml

Cooking process:

First prepare the tomato sauce – in a frying pan 3 tbsp olive oil, add the garlic and fry until golden brown. Then add the tomato paste, salt and pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Then, turn off and add a few leaves of basil.

Peel and chop the onion and fry in olive oil (3 tablespoons), then add the chopped sausage, ground beef, sliced ​​ham and minced chicken. Fry the meat for 3-5minut, stirring occasionally. Then add salt and pepper and turn the heat off. Cool filling, then add 2 eggs, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese 50 gr. and mix well. Filling should get pretty dry.

Boil the cannelloni al dente to the state. Share on wet towel. Fill the cannelloni stuffed. The bottom of the baking dish greased with tomato sauce. Top with kaneloni, pour the bechamel sauce.
