Candied cake



4 cups flour
70 g fresh yeast
1 cup milk
200 g butter
6 eggs
0.5 cups of sugar
0.5 cups of candied orange
0.5 cups of small raisins
0.5 powder vanilla sugar
1 h. L. salt

Cooking method:

Prepare dough sponge method: Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of milk, half the flour combine with warm milk, add yeast. When the dough has risen, put in it the rest of the flour, eggs, sugar, raisins and candied fruit, vanilla sugar, salt. All knead well. Give the dough to rise by 2-3 times.
