Canapes with salmon and beetroot

This snack is easy and simple to prepare, and its taste is sure to delight you and your guests.



beet 1 pc.
slices of salted salmon 200 g
175 g of cream cheese
big saltine crackers
capers to decorate
parsley for decoration
red onion 1 piece.

1. Boil the beets, cool and clean. Grate.

2. Red onion peel and cut into thin half-rings. Parsley disassembled into leaves.

3. Cracker spread with cream cheese (cheese can be applied using a cornet) and sprinkle with the grated beets.

4. Top with slices of salmon. Garnish with rings of red onion, capers and parsley leaves.
