Cake without flour.

The basis of this sweet cake – oatmeal, walnuts and applesauce. This cake turns incredibly helpful!


300 g of apple puree without sugar

100 g peeled walnuts

1.5 cups of oatmeal small

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 lemon (zest)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tsp baking powder / soda slaked


100 g of dark chocolate natural

60 ml of boiling water

1 large egg

1.5 tablespoons Sahara

How to cook:

With coffee grinder or food processor / processor grind oatmeal, nuts and lemon zest to the flour.

Add to the mass of crushed sugar, lemon juice and apple puree, mix well until smooth.

Put the mass into a form lightly oiled, put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for half an hour.

Taking the cake out of the oven, let it cool slightly at the edges between the mold and the cake with a sharp knife to carry out – so the cake is completely separated from the mold.

For the mousse to break the chocolate into small pieces, pour boiling water and put on low heat, melt completely, remove from heat.

The protein is separated from the egg yolk, beaten egg white with sugar, egg yolk and mix it with chocolate.

Add to the chocolate mass beaten egg white, mix and remove the mousse in the cold.

Taking the cake out of the mold, cover it evenly mousse, then put into the refrigerator to 2-3ch.
