cow’s milk 150ml
yeast 1.5 tsp
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon sour cream
chicken eggs 1 pc.
butter 50g
370 g flour
70 g poppy

In the warm milk dissolve yeast. Then add the sugar, salt, sour cream, eggs, melted butter, sifted flour and knead the dough (dough mix I used the bread machine). Leave in a warm place for 30-45 minutes for an increase in the amount of (I left a bread maker).

Then, from the dough to pinch off small pieces and form balls, roll them in a poppy. If poppy poorly adhering to the ball, it can be poured into a saucer of milk and a little wet palm, then roll the ball.

Put the balls in shape. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

For the glaze to separate the protein from egg yolks, beat with a mixer until stable peaks.

Add the powdered sugar and lemon juice, once again beat with a mixer. Pour glaze cake, let it dry.
