Cake with persimmon

500 g flour
1 and 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
350 g of sugar
250 g butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
4 eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
60 ml of liquor of choice
500 ml mashed persimmon
2 handfuls of walnuts
2 handfuls of golden raisins

Preheat oven to 180 C.
Mix together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon.
Add the sugar and mix.
Admixed to the dry ingredients butter, eggs, liquor, pulp persimmon, stirring well after addition. Stir in nuts and raisins.
The dough is spread between forms and bake for about 45 minutes.
