Cake with ganache and blackberries.


150 grams of wheat flour
cocoa powder 50 grams
butter 150 grams
150 grams of sugar
baking powder for the dough 1 hour spoon
1 pinch of salt

200 grams bitter chocolate
blackberries 800 grams
1/2 bunch mint

To prepare the foundations we need: flour, cocoa, 50g sugar and baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients.

Top with load and bake the cake at 190 g for 15 minutes, then remove the parchment with the load and bake another 10 minutes.
Ready cake cool.
Prepare ganache: it bring to boil the cream with the sugar, remove from ognya.No boil !!!
Add hot cream chocolate pieces.
Stir and add, stirring slowly, bit by bit 50g soft butter.
Ready ganache cool.
The chilled half lay the foundation rules blackberries (about 400g) and chopped mint leaves.
Top ganashem.Ubrat fill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and put it on top of a little frozen ganache ezheviku.Ubrat remain in the refrigerator for another 2-3 hours to complete solidification ganache.
When feeding can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
