Cake with dried fruits.

– 120 g of butter
– 120 grams of powdered sugar
– 130 grams of flour
– 5 egg yolks
– 300 g of any dried fruit
– 1 packet of baking powder
– The peel of half a lemon
– A little rum

Dried cut, pour the rum and let stand while preparing the dough. Beat soft butter with sugar and add the egg yolks one at a time. Once you get a magnificent and homogeneous mixture, add the sifted flour, baking powder, grated lemon zest and then add the dried fruit.
The resulting mixture was poured into a greased baking dish. Put the cake with dried fruit in a well-heated oven to 180 degrees. Bake until cooked. Decorate the finished cake icing or powdered sugar.
