Cake with arugula and mozzarella.

Recipes cakes with greens are almost all national cuisines. And their choices – a great variety.
The dough for pies can be very different – with and without yeast, flaky, shortbread, cream. As filling – spinach, green onions, nettle, sorrel, leeks, beet tops. Sometimes toppings also add cooked cereals (wheat, rice), cheese, mushrooms, fish, meat, eggs. And of course – the herbs: dill, parsley, cilantro. Green for toppings sometimes pre-boil (a few seconds) or fried.
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.
bread crumbs – 1 tbsp. l.
mozzarella – 250g
grated Parmesan – 40 g
salt – to taste
pinch ground nutmeg
rucola – 150 g
egg – 8 pcs.

Arugula wash, dry and chop. Mozzarella dry from the brine and finely chop.
Beat the eggs lightly with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the Parmesan, bread crumbs, mozzarella and arugula.
Round baking dish greased with oil. Pour the prepared mass and put in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool, then carefully removed from the mold.
