CAKE “Waiting”.

Cottage cheese – 180 g
Sugar – 200 g
Egg – 3 pieces
Mayonnaise (lemon juice) – 100 g
Flour – 140 g
Soda slaked with vinegar – 1/3 ch. L.
Vanilla – 1/5 ch. L.
Cottage cheese – 300 g
Cream (25%) – 300 g
Powdered sugar – 180 g
Lemon zest
White Chocolate
Almonds (petals)

For the sponge cake, beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the mayonnaise.
Add cottage cheese and vanilla.
Add the baking soda, slaked with vinegar and flour.
Separately, beat to a froth whites and gently intervenes in the dough.
Pour the dough in a greased bowl microwave. And are ready in the “Baking” 50 minutes.
