Cake “Snack” with smoked chicken, prunes and mushrooms


– Smoked chicken – 400 g
– Prunes – 100-150 g
– Walnuts – 100 g
– Carrots – 2 pcs.
– Potatoes – 4 pcs.
– Eggs – 4 pcs.
– Cheese (solid) – 300 g
– Mushrooms – 250 g
– 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying mushrooms
– salt
– Mayonnaise or salted and flavored with spices thick cream

For decoration:
– Half of fresh cucumber
– 3 tbsp. l. well chopped walnuts
– Sprig of parsley
– 1 berry cranberry

1. Boil eggs until cooked, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater.

2. Potatoes and carrots washed, boiled until cooked, cool and clean.

3. Carrots grate on a coarse grater, a potato cut into small cubes.

4. Mushrooms wash, dry and finely chop.

5. In a skillet heat the vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms (about 7 minutes), at the end of cooking salt. Fried mushrooms cool.

6. Prunes wash, dry well, cut into small cubes (if you prune too dry, pre-fill it with boiling water for 5-10 minutes).

7. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, smoked chicken cut into cubes, chop the walnuts.

Salad spread on a dish layers:
1 carrot, a little salt, spread with mayonnaise (or sour cream)
2. Half of the cheese
3. Half grated eggs (2 pcs.)
4. Half of potatoes, a little salt, spread with mayonnaise
5. Half of walnuts
6. Prune
7. Smoked chicken, mayonnaise
8. Fried mushrooms
9. The remaining walnuts
10. The remaining potatoes, a little salt, spread with mayonnaise
11. 2 eggs
12. The remaining cheese

Decorate the cake to your liking, or as shown in the photo: strips of cucumber, chopped walnuts, parsley leaves and cranberries.

Remove the cake in the fridge for 4 hours to present and serve.
