Cake “Rostov”.

• Butter – 200 g
• Sugar – 1.5-2 stack.
• Sour cream (fat content of 20%) – 500 gr
• Flour – 2 stack.
• baking powder – 1 ch. L.
• Vanilla -1 c
• Grated chocolate for sprinkling

How to cook:
The oil was triturated with sugar (preferably with a mixer). Add the cream, stir to dissolve sugar.
Divide in half the resulting mass. One add vanilla and is leaving – it is a cream (is not very thick). In the second half we add flour and baking powder, it turns delicate, light batter.
We spread it in the pan and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
When finished cake has cooled slightly, cut it into 2-3 pieces (it is very soft and crumbly) and cream sandwiches (top cake too). Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Put the cake in the refrigerator (preferably overnight) for the impregnation.
