– Eggs 3 pc
– Sugar 150 g
– Butter 90g
– Sour cream 70 g
– 0.5 tsp baking soda
– Vanilla 1 pinch
– 200 g flour
– 1-2 tbsp poppy

For the cream:
– Milk 250 ml
– Sugar 100 g
– Egg 1 piece
– 1.5 tbsp flour
– Butter 100g
To decorate: with melted chocolate or icing

1. Sour cream mix with soda and leave for 10 min.
2. Next, beat 3 minutes, eggs, sugar, sour cream.
3. Add the vanilla, butter softened, beaten.
4. Add the poppy and sift the flour.
5. Put in a diameter of 18-20 cm. Oven at 180 * around 40 minutes (watch on your oven).
6. While the cake is baked, cook the custard (it can be prepared before cooking biscuit).
7. In the aluminum saucepan grind whisk eggs, sugar and flour. Pour cold milk, stir and put on a slow fire.
8. With constant stirring cook until thick. Totally cool.
9. Beat butter, gradually add the custard cool, whisking thoroughly.
10. The cooled cake cut in half. Lower cake can be impregnated with syrup. Grease is not thick cream.
11. The top cake cut into cubes. Mix the biscuit pieces with the rest of the cream. Share on cake arbitrarily. Decorate with melted chocolate glaze or cooked.
