Cake “Minute”

Excellent cake tastes. Composition without frills, but the result is quite decent. Try to cook!

You will need:
For the cakes:
• 3 tbsp. flour
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp baking powder

For the cream:
• 750 ml of milk
• 1,5 Art. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp flour
• a few drops of vanilla essence
• 200 g butter

How to cook:
1. Mix all the ingredients for cakes, knead the dough and divide into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a circle with a diameter greater than the diameter of the pan, and bake in a preheated dry pan for a minute on each side.
Cool cakes and carefully cut them in the form of plates.

2. cream mix all ingredients except butter. Heat the cream until thickened, stirring vigorously. A little cool and add the warm cream butter.

3. Coat the cakes with warm cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs cake cakes.

4.Ostavit cake for about an hour at room temperature, and then put into the refrigerator at least 4 hours.

  Despite the large amount of butter in the cream, it is not felt.
