Cake «Fruit tenderness»

For the sponge:
● 4 eggs
● one glass of sugar and flour.
For filling:
● bananas
● canned pineapple,
● 2-3 oranges.

For the cream:
● 1 liter of a 25% cream,
● 1 tbsp. sugar
● 50-65 c. cooled down and dissolved gelatin.

1.Ispech cake: Beat eggs with sugar, add the flour and mix. The cooled cake into cubes. Bananas and pineapples cut into slices, oranges cut into slices.

2.Smetanu Whip with sugar, add gelatin. Now you need to assemble the cake: a split in the form of lay slices of oranges. Top-biscuit, mixed with 1/3 of the cream. Then layer banana cake again mixed with 1/3 cream layer pineapples.

3.Zavershit even layer cake remaining cream mixed with biscuit. Tighten the top of the mold with cling film and left in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Then turn the cake onto a plate.
