Cake from cottage cheese with hazelnuts in caramel and prunes

INGREDIENTS

Cottage cheese 200g

Butter 70 g

Egg chicken 2 pieces

Vanillin 1 g

1 tablespoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Sour cream 1 tablespoon

Sugar  150 g

Baking powder 10 g

Flour 200 g

2 tablespoons rum

Prunes 120 g

Hazelnut Caramel:

Butter 60 g

Sugar  3 tbsp

Hazelnut 120 g

HOW TO COOK

Prunes chop coarsely and soak it in rum. First you need to make caramelized hazelnuts. Hazelnut chop into quarters with a knife or kitchen appliances.

Pan heat and melt butter in it, add sugar, stir with wooden spatula.

Pour the whole hazelnut and stirring constantly, fry for 3-4 minutes.

Cottage cheese combine with the eggs, vanilla, lemon zest and juice, sour cream, sugar. Vigorously whisk.

Add the softened butter and whisk again until smooth. Sift flour with baking powder and add in small portions to a creamy mass. Knead the dough on a structure resembling the dough for the cake.

To test add prunes. Mix well, distributing it throughout the test.

The shape of the baking grease with vegetable oil or lay a baking paper greased. Put it in the batter evenly distributed in the form.

On top of the dough to place hazelnuts in caramel. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and put the cake baked for 25 minutes, then close the top with foil and bake for another 30-35 minutes. Willingness to check the match if it is dry then the cake is ready.

Cool cake on a wire rack, and you can bring to the table.
