Cake “Day and Night”.

The perfect treat for those who love to pamper themselves tasty. Its fairly easy to cook, and taste will not disappoint … sweet … sweet, it melts in your mouth. And the children and did the ears of this cake will not drag.


For the dough:
cow’s milk – 20 ml;
Chicken Eggs – 4 pcs .;
vegetable oil – 100 ml;
sugar – 80 gr .;
wheat flour / s – 4 table. spoons;

Cocoa powder – 2 table. spoons;
baking powder – 1 tsp. spoon;
vanilla – one bag.

For the cream:
cream or sour cream – 200 gr .;
vanilla – one bag;
sugar – 50 gr .;
Gelatin – 1 package;
cow’s milk – 100 ml;
honey – 2 table. spoons;
condensed milk – 200 gr.

For the glaze:
Cocoa powder – 1 table. spoon;
cow’s milk – 4 table. spoons;
sugar – 1 table. spoon;
butter – 50 gr.

Cooking cakes:

1. Chicken raw eggs divided into whites and yolks, then whisk whites into fluffy foam and beat the yolks with the sugar until white.
2. In the yolks with sugar, add milk, honey, oil, flour, baking powder and cocoa. All these ingredients are thoroughly mixed, then combined with the whipped whites. The dough for baking cakes ready.
3. This batter is poured onto baking tray with high sides and a temperature of 180 degrees bake cakes in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Take them out of the pan to be very careful, because they get very brittle.
I usually double the amount of ingredients and bake two identical chocolate cake, and then making a sandwich with a layer of milk cream, jelly.

Preparation of dairy cream, jelly:
1. Take the condensed milk, then add to it the honey and milk (half portions).
2. Soak the gelatin to swell in two tablespoons of water, then mix it with the remaining milk. The mixture was put on a plate and heated, but not to bring to a boil. I should get a homogeneous mass.
3. The resulting mass is put together with the mixture of condensed milk, honey and milk.
4. Beat until thick cream and sugar (or cream and sugar), while gradually pouring the cooked mixture thickened.
5. Ready cream is put in the refrigerator. This is to ensure that it becomes thick and it can be spread on cakes.

Preparation of the glaze:
Cocoa powder is mixed with milk and sugar, and then this mixture is brought to a boil and add it after butter.

First we coat the cake cooked and frozen milk cream, then cover with a second Korzh and cover the top layer of the cake icing.
