CAKE Colibri

Ingredients:
• Walnuts — 100 grams
• Banana — 3 pieces
• Flour — 400 g
• Sugar — 300 grams
• Eggs — 3 pieces
• Vegetable oil — 250 ml
• Pineapple slices — 250g + pineapple syrup — 100 ml
• Vanilla — 2 grams
• ground cinnamon — pinch
• Baking powder — 1.5 tablespoons
• Salt — a pinch

Cream:
• Any cream cheese — 250 grams
• Butter — 50 grams
• Powdered sugar — to taste
• Cinnamon and a drop of vanilla extract — a pinch
Registration:
• Pecans, cashews or walnuts — 150 grams
• Sugar — 200 grams

Preparation:
1. Finely chop the nuts, bananas and pineapples for the cake.
2. Sift flour with baking powder. Add the sugar, cinnamon and salt.
3. Beat eggs with butter
4. Add the egg-oil mixture into the flour and gently stir
5. Add the vanilla and fruit and nut mixture, pour the juice and mix.
6. Take the 3 forms of 22 cm and lay them on the dough in equal parts. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Check readiness wooden skewers.
7. Beat blender or mixer all the ingredients for the cream cakes and coat with them, add them pile, collect cake!
8. For the decorations on a dry frying pan fry the nuts, then add sugar and fry together, stirring occasionally. Caramel is formed, which will cover the nuts. Let cool and make out a cake to taste.
