Cake Cherry sunset

For the sponge:
20 cm in diameter form
Article 8. l flour
Article 7. l sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa l
2 eggs
6 tablespoons. l. milk
6 tablespoons. l. sunflower oil
junior hr. liter soda (repaid vinegar)
a few drops of rum ecsentsii
Bake in microwave at full power for 5 minutes. Cool and cut into two cake.


Cook jelly purchased cherry and the water used is less than normal. Flooded in a shallow dish (to rapidly cool down) and put in the fridge. Frozen jelly cut into rectangles of different sizes.


For the soufflé
300 ml of cream (20%)
5 Art. l sugar
Gelatin 20 g
1 tablespoon liqueur “Beyliz”


Soak gelatin in Article 0.75 of water and a water bath brought to a boil. Sour cream whipped with sugar, add the liqueur. Slightly cooled gelatin mix gently with the whipped cream. Staple stirred the cherry jelly with cream soufflé.

Lower sponge cake soaked: 4 tbsp cherry syrup 1 tablespoon + Vodka + 2 drops of rum ecsentsii.
In the form put soaked sponge cake, soufflé filled in, the second top-cake. Slightly crushed and put in the fridge for a few hours to solidify.
