Cake Cheesecake



  • 400g cottage cheese (9% fat)
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • sugar (to taste)
  • little heavy cream (33%).

All mix thoroughly and place in refrigerator.


2 cakes (I each shared by two more, so the cake Photo 4) need:

  • 2 plates. dark chocolate;
  • sliv.masla pack;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 2p.vanilina;
  • 4,5st.l. flour with a slide;
  • 6 eggs;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a pinch of baking soda.


Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat (stirring).

Eggs mixed with sugar, salt and baking soda, add flour and vanilla and mix well.
Gradually add the chocolate.
Pour half the contents into a form that greased.
The oven heat to 180 degrees and bake it for 15-20 minutes.
To remove the cake from the mold, walk around the edges of a spatula shape, firmly press the wide flat plate (or a wooden board) and turn. my business
Carefully cut each cake into two parts and let them cool.

for sweets:
Sour cream – 2 table. spoons
Cocoa powder – 2 table. spoons
Sugar – 3 table. spoons
Butter – 1 table. a spoon
