200g butter
200 g of sugar
3 pcs. eggs
260g flour
10g baking powder
10g vanilla sugar
150g dark raisins
20g caster sugar

Cooking method:
Whisk the softened butter with a mixer to the air.
Add the sugar and continue beating until sugar is dissolved.
One by one add the eggs and continue beating.
Sift the flour into a bowl with the baking powder, add vanilla sugar and beat on. The result is a fairly stiff dough. If you take it on the blade and tilt, it should fall from a spoon into large chunks.
Wash the raisins, soak in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then pat dry, roll in flour and add to the dough. Stir.
Put the dough into a rectangular greased and floured. Wet a knife or spatula, cut the surface along, so that later on this place formed a smooth crack.
Bake in preheated 160 degree oven 80-90 minutes.
Ready cake sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool and proceed to tea drinking!

Bon Appetit!
