CAKE Brown

• Butter – 130 grams
• Black Chocolate 70% – 250 grams
• Sugar – ¾ cup
• Wheat flour – ½ cup
• Baking powder – ½ tsp
• chicken egg – 3 pieces
For the cream:
• Curd cheese – 250 grams
• 35% cream for whipping – 250 ml
• Powdered sugar – 80 grams

1. In a water bath, stirring, melt the butter and chocolate. In no case do not let the chocolate and oil mixture to boil. We just need to melt the chocolate, but do not overheat it. Once the butter and chocolate will merge, remove the mixture from heat and let cool.
2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with sugar for 3 minutes until the mixture turns white and foamed.

5. Sift in flour with baking powder mixture and gently stir it, just until no longer be seen as the white streaks in the thick mixture.

Prepare the cream:
