Cacciatore translated from Italian means “hunter”. In culinary terms, this means that the dish is cooked in a hunting style: with tomatoes, onions, olives and herbs.

You should try this dish. In spite of all the external intricacy, this recipe is very simple and does not require any “complex” products.

Cacciatori: chicken in Italian

You will need:

450 g chicken breasts
1 cup chopped onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 h. Spoon oregano
1 h. Spoon of basil
2 cups of fresh tomato puree

How to cook:

Can cut breast into cubes and place on a baking tray drizzled with a little olive oil. Put the pan in the oven.

Prepare your breast about half an hour, then add the onion and garlic. Prepare for another 15 minutes. Then add slices of tomatoes, oregano and basil.

Fields breast tomato paste and bring the pan to the oven. Prepare your breasts for 30 minutes.

Serve with a garnish of vegetables or potatoes. If you wish, add the mushrooms or olives.
