Burger sandwich with blue cheese.

For the meatballs:
(on the number I got 2 burgers medium)
200-250 grams of ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
100g blue cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
Salt and pepper to taste


All ingredients except the blue cheese mix well and form 4 cutlets are very thin (it is if we finally need 2 cutlets).

Pinch edges, otherwise the whole cheese when heated will flow. We remember that in the process of cooking burgers have a habit to diminish and thicken, so try to make very thin.

We need:

Buns for burgers (I used slices of homemade bread (of course, the bread is not suitable for everyone – select to taste something like a French baguette or a soft air of easy Italian bread)
In my burger I had the fried onions and mushrooms, young carrots and beans steamed and fresh cream cheese with herbs.
Optionally, you can add the tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, mushrooms, onions …. You can fantasize endlessly!
I do not recommend the cheese and pickles – with blue cheese will be too salty. Add ingredients with a neutral taste.
As the sauce is perfect plain ketchup.
Buns \ bread before assembly can be a little warm up on a dry frying pan (important not to burn), or in the oven, so they get nice crispy outside.
