Burger Salad

Burger Salad.

You can use different salad mixes, cover the meat and hard cheese melted, add the onions on top of crispy or pickles. Invariably one — juicy steak and fresh salad with a piquant sauce.

To prepare two servings of salad, we need:
• 200 grams of beef,
• 1 egg yolk,
• 1/3 blue bulbs
• 30 grams of cheese,
• salad of leaf lettuce (I Friess, lettuce with bell pepper in this time)
• a handful of cherry tomatoes,
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar,
• 1 tablespoon olive oil,
• 3 tbsp sweet mustard.

Cooking method:
1. From the meat mince minced do.

2. Add the stuffing to the yolk and 1 tbsp mustard. Mix.

3. For the salad dressing mix vinegar, oil, and 1 tablespoon mustard.

4. Refill lettuce dressing. Mix.

5. Cheese cut into thin slices.

6. Cherry tomatoes cut in half.

7. Onions cut into rings.

8. From stuffing forming two patties.

9. Fry in a pan or grill until almost cooked. I used the pressure from the grill Tefal. Roasted just a couple of minutes. Put cheese on burgers and cook, covered for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese. I am ready mode oven for 1 minute.

10. Spread on a plate dressed with salad mix. In the center put a cutlet. On cutlet put onion rings. Along the edges on lettuce cherry. Pour all the remaining mustard.
